Rodda Street, Morley

A full renovation of an old house brought the double faced brick house to contemporary times, opening up the internal spaces and having a facelift to all the exterior.

The house was part of a controversial battle with Council. A green driveway was proposed and built in response to a more environmentally friendly approach to the hostile hard driveway guidelines by Council.

The battle was won and now the green driveways are part of the Local Council policy.
