With the initial brief of a high energy efficient house, this design brings a detailed understanding of passive design throughout the use of an internal courtyard and constant cross ventilation as well as the selection of proper materials and finishes.

Situated close to the beach in the suburb of North Beach, the house sits on a battle axes site, bringing generous landscape and outdoor entertainment areas creating its own relaxed atmosphere to properly reflect the client’s ideal.
