A passionate surfer and his wife wanted to design his dream house close to the beach, where they could watch the swell from his observation tower and keep all his toys in one place in the perfect man’s cave.

The house plays with a series of internal courtyards allowing a close relationship with the outdoor bringing light and air throughout the whole house.

Regardless of the large size of the house, in agreement with the client, the intent of the design was to keep a low profile image to the street with a contemporary minimalist language.
